Kaiser Permamnente's Advantage plan is an affordable Georgia medical policy that pays 70% coinsurance after your deductible. Benefits include unlimited Primary Care office visit co-payments at $45, two Specialist office visit co-payments at $75, Urgent Care Center copayments of $100 and the emergency room copay of $500 with the deductible waived. Kaiser Permanente of Georgia's Classic policy pays 80% after the deductible and includes coverage for unlimited office visit co-payments to either a Primary physician or Specialist, after hours visits, urgent care and the emergency room with the deductible waived. Kaiser does pay 100% for most diagnostic lab and x-ray. Kaiser Permanente Medical Centers make it easy to receive all of your care in one place. Kaiser members have four deductibles to choose from and your individual out of pocket maximum is two times your deductible. |
